How to Request Deletion

- Use the subject line: Account Deletion Request - Animal Jewel.
- Include your player ID, sign-in method (Google/Apple/Guest), and optional order ID for purchase-related verification.
What We Delete
- Account profile and sign-in mapping records.
- Cloud save and gameplay progress linked to the account.
- Support history tied to your account identity when deletable.
What We May Retain
- Purchase, anti-fraud, security, dispute, tax, and legal compliance records where retention is required by law or platform policy.
- Minimal technical logs required to protect service integrity and prevent abuse.
Deletion Timeline
We process verified deletion requests as soon as reasonably possible. Most requests are completed within 30 days, and no later than 90 days unless a longer retention period is legally required.
